Our minimum is $85, which covers a couple of items — about a pickup bed. Above that we price by volume: how much room your load takes up in our 14-foot trailer. A packed one-car garage typically runs about a half trailer, a full two-car garage about three-quarters. You get a firm price before we load anything, and that price does not change once we start.
Most pickups happen same-day or next-day. Text a photo of your pile to (918) 210-0009 and we will send back a firm quote, usually within the hour. Same-day is realistic across the Tulsa metro because we are based here, not dispatching from another city.
By volume, not by item. Price is based on how much space your items take up in our 14-foot trailer, with an $85 minimum. That is why a single recliner costs less than a full living-room set, and why it pays to clear everything at once instead of in trips. There is no hourly clock.
No, as long as we can reach the items and we have agreed on the price and what stays. Plenty of customers text us photos, approve the quote, and come home to an empty garage. We send photos when the job is done.
Usable items are donated to local Tulsa nonprofits. Metal, appliances, cardboard and electronics go to recyclers. Clean green waste goes to compost where the material allows. Only what is genuinely left over goes to the landfill — and that is a smaller share of the load than most people expect.
Yes. We are licensed in Oklahoma and carry general liability insurance. If your property manager, HOA or general contractor needs a certificate of insurance before we arrive, tell us and we will send it over.
No. Second-floor apartments, walk-out basements, hundred-foot carries from a detached garage — same price. We bring the dollies, straps and floor protection. Getting it out is our problem, not yours.
After the job is done. There is no deposit and nothing due up front. You look at the empty space, then you pay — cash, card, Venmo or Zelle.
We cannot legally haul paint, solvents, pesticides, motor oil, asbestos, or medical waste. Tulsa County runs a household hazardous waste drop-off for those, and we will point you to it. Everything else, ask — the list of what we do take is much longer.
The whole Tulsa metro: Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Glenpool, Catoosa, Claremore and Coweta, plus Midtown, Brookside and south Tulsa. There is no travel surcharge or zone fee anywhere in that range.

For a long multi-week build producing steady debris, a dumpster usually wins. We will tell you which one you are, even when the answer is the dumpster.
Furniture Removal
Yes — every size, including pillow-top and memory foam. We recycle mattresses wherever the material allows. There is a small per-piece recycling fee, and we tell you about it before we load, not after.
Absolutely. Stairs, narrow halls and elevators are part of the job at no extra fee. We bring floor runners and door jamb protection so the building management has nothing to say about it.
Yes. One item is our $85 minimum load. If you only have a single couch to move out, that is a normal call for us.
It gets donated. We route usable furniture to Tulsa-area nonprofits before anything heads to the landfill. If you want a donation receipt, tell us when we arrive.
Appliance Removal
We handle simple disconnects — unplugging, water line shutoff at the valve, dryer vent. Anything that requires cutting into gas or hard-wired electrical needs a licensed plumber or electrician first, for your safety and ours. Tell us what you have when you call and we will be straight with you about it.
Refrigerant has to be recovered by a certified tech before the unit can be scrapped legally. That is a real cost we pass through at cost. You hear the number before we touch the unit.
Yes. Basement and upstairs laundry rooms are routine. There is no stair charge.
Yes — flat screens and the old tube sets. Tube TVs contain leaded glass and go to an electronics recycler rather than the landfill.
Garage Cleanout

Yard Debris & Waste Removal
No. Tree felling and limbing take a licensed, insured arborist and we will not pretend otherwise. Once the wood is on the ground, we haul it.
Yes. We dismantle sheds, playsets, trampolines and above-ground pools and haul the material in the same visit.
Yes, and we prioritize those calls. After a big Tulsa storm we run longer days — call early, because the schedule fills within hours.
Sometimes. Clean green waste can go to compost instead of the landfill, which costs us less, and we pass that through. Mixed piles with fencing and treated lumber price as normal volume.
Eviction & Rental Cleanouts
Most single-family rentals and apartments are a one-day job. Call as soon as you have legal possession and we will usually be there within 24 to 48 hours.
Yes. We photograph the property before we touch anything and again once it is empty, and send you the set the same day.
We set them aside rather than making that judgment for you. Documents, photographs, and anything that looks like jewelry or currency go into a box that we hand to you directly. That is our policy on every cleanout.
Yes, and we handle them without commentary. Unmarked approach, no logos shouted across the street, and we work at whatever pace the family needs. Call and we will talk through it privately.
