Terms of service
The arrangement in plain English: we quote before we load, the quote holds unless the job turns out to be different, and you pay when the space is empty.
1. Who these terms are between
“We” and “us” mean JUNKLIMO LLC, trading as JunkLimo, operating out of Tulsa, OK. “You” means the person or business booking the work. Booking a job means you accept these terms.
2. Quotes are estimates until we see the job
Any price you get by phone, text or from a photo is an estimate. It is based on what you have described and shown us.
The firm price is the one we give you at the property, once we have seen the actual pile. That number does not move once you accept it and we start loading. If what we find is materially different from what was described — more volume, items that need special handling, access we were not told about — we will re-quote before we load anything, and you are free to decline.
Pricing is by volume, based on the space your items take up in our 14-foot trailer, not by the hour and not per item. The published minimum is $85.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion, once the work is done and you have seen the cleared space. We do not take deposits and we do not ask for money up front.
We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo, Zelle. For commercial or recurring work, other arrangements can be agreed in writing beforehand.
4. Scheduling, access and cancellation
We schedule arrival windows rather than exact times, because job lengths vary. We will contact you if we are running outside your window.
You are responsible for making sure we can reach the items — access to the property, gates unlocked, vehicles moved, pets secured. If we cannot get access at the agreed time and nobody has told us, we may have to reschedule.
There is no cancellation fee. Tell us as early as you reasonably can so we can give the slot to someone else.
5. What we cannot take
Some things we are not legally permitted to haul, and we will not take them regardless of the price offered:
- Paint, solvents, motor oil and other hazardous liquids
- Pesticides and pool chemicals
- Asbestos and asbestos-containing material
- Medical, biological and clinical waste
- Ammunition, explosives and compressed gas cylinders
If you have any of these, we will tell you where in Tulsa County they can legally be taken. Some items we can take carry a separate disposal fee set by the transfer station or by state rule, and we tell you about those before loading:
- Mattresses & box springs — Small recycling fee per piece — Oklahoma disposal rule, we tell you before we load.
- Refrigerators & freezers — Refrigerant must be recovered by a certified tech. Small fee applies.
- Tires — Per-tire disposal fee set by the transfer station.
6. Ownership of what we remove
By booking, you confirm you own the items or are authorised to have them removed — for example as the landlord, executor or property manager. If a dispute arises about whether items should have been removed, that is between you and the other party.
Once items are loaded, treat them as gone. We sort as we load and route material to donation, recycling and disposal the same day. We cannot retrieve something after the fact. Check the load before we leave, and please search for valuables, documents and keys before we arrive.
7. Property and damage
We bring dollies, straps and floor protection and we take care in your property. If we damage something through our negligence, tell us straight away and we will put it right — we carry general liability insurance in Oklahoma and a certificate is available on request.
We are not responsible for damage that could not reasonably be avoided when removing large items through tight spaces, where you have asked us to proceed anyway. If a sofa cannot come down a stairwell without contact, we will tell you before we try.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for wear revealed once items are moved, or for the condition of the surface underneath what we remove.
8. Limits of liability
Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability for any one job is capped at the amount you paid for that job.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost income, missed deadlines, or the cost of a delayed sale or move-out. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Photographs
We sometimes photograph completed work for our own records and to show the standard of the job. We will not publish a photograph that identifies your property or its contents without asking you first. Tell us if you would rather we did not take any, and we will not.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
