Junk removal services across Tulsa.
JunkLimo removes junk, clears whole properties and hauls single heavy items across Tulsa, Oklahoma and the surrounding metro. Everything is priced by volume off a 14-foot trailer, from an $85 minimum, quoted firm before anything is loaded.
I keep one price list for all of it. There is no separate rate card for a mattress and a warehouse — it is the same trailer and the same question, which is how much room your load takes up in it. That is why a recliner costs less than a living room, and why clearing everything at once beats doing it in trips.
Pick the closest match below. Every page tells you what the job actually costs, how long it takes, what the City of Tulsa will and won’t take off your hands, and when you are better off not calling me at all.
The six we do most

A cleanout that goes at the pace you set, in as many visits as it takes.
Foreclosure & Eviction Cleanouts
Property cleared, photographed and broom-swept inside the turnaround window your file requires.

One awkward, heavy or legally-restricted thing that nobody else will take.

Wood, metal or resin — taken apart, loaded and cleared, contents and all.
Carpet Removal
Carpet, pad, tack strips and staples out — floor ready for the installer.
TV & Electronics Disposal
Flat screens, old tube TVs, monitors and the cupboard of dead electronics behind them.
Refrigerator & Freezer Removal
Fridges, deep freezes and wine coolers taken from any floor, with the refrigerant handled the legal way.
Commercial Appliance Removal
Walk-ins, reach-ins, ranges and fryers out of a working kitchen, outside your service hours.
Missed Trash Pickup
Bagged household trash and overflow, hauled when it has built up past what a cart holds.
Commercial & property
Written for the person whose lease, tenant or health inspector sets the deadline.
Office Cleanouts
A floor cleared to lease-end condition, worked outside office hours so nobody watches it happen.
Warehouse Cleanouts
Racking down, pallets gone, floor clear — scheduled as loads rather than as a single day.
Restaurant Junk Removal
A kitchen and a dining room cleared before you open, down whatever alley the building actually has.
Retail Store Junk Removal
Fixtures, gondolas and signage out on the landlord’s schedule, not during trading hours.
Property Management Cleanouts
Unit turns on a standing schedule, invoiced per property, documented per unit.
Dumpster Overflow Cleanup
The pile beside the enclosure that your hauler drives past every week.
Whatever it is, it’s priced the same way.
We don’t keep a separate rate card per service. Everything is volume: how much room your load takes in the 14-foot trailer, starting at an $85 minimum.
That means a mattress and a bag of yard waste cost the same to remove, and a packed garage costs what a packed garage costs whether it’s furniture or drywall inside it. Heavy material like concrete and dirt is the one exception, and we tell you that up front.
A few things carry a separate pass-through fee because the disposal genuinely costs us: mattresses, refrigerators and freezers, and tires. You hear those numbers before we load, not after.
- A mattress and box spring
- One recliner
- A washer or dryer
- Six to eight bags
