Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you type into the quote form, we email it to ourselves so we can call you back, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
The quote form on this site asks for your name, phone number, and a description of the job. It also has optional fields for your email address, your city, and which service you need. Those are the only fields, and everything in them is information you chose to type.
If you call or text (918) 210-0009 instead, we have whatever your phone carrier shows us — your number, and whatever you tell us.
The form also contains a hidden field that real people never see or fill in. If it comes back filled, we treat the submission as automated and discard it. It collects nothing about you.
What we do with it
A submission is sent by email to the business so we can price your job and get back to you. That is the whole purpose. We use it to quote the work, schedule it, and contact you about it.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Who else sees it
Two service providers necessarily handle the message in transit:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and runs the code that receives the form.
- Resend, the service that delivers the notification email.
Both are processing it on our behalf so the message reaches us. Nobody else receives it, and we do not share your details with other contractors or lead brokers.
Analytics and advertising
This site currently runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Meta pixel, and no session recording. The site sets no cookies of its own.
If that changes — for example if we add basic visitor analytics — this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Quote requests live in the business email inbox and are kept as long as they are useful for servicing the job and our own records. Server logs that record a submission was received are short-lived and are not used to build any profile of you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (918) 210-0009 or email victor@junklimo.com and we will do it. There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from unless you asked us to keep in touch.
Children
This is a service for property owners and tenants. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who handles it, we will update this page. The date below is when it last changed.
