Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you type into the quote form and use it to call you back, and we do not sell it. The site also uses Google and Microsoft tools that measure how visitors use it and which ads bring in customers.
What we collect
The quote form on this site asks for your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the job. It also asks for your city and which service you need. Those are the only fields, and everything in them is information you chose to type.
If you call or text (918) 210-0009 instead, we have whatever your phone carrier shows us (your number) and whatever you tell us.
With the form we also send along how you first found the site: the page you landed on, the site that linked you here, and any ad-click or campaign tags in that link (for example a Google Ads click ID). Your browser keeps this note, and we use it for up to 90 days, so a quote you send later is still credited to the right ad. It tells us which advertising works; it is not used to profile you.
The form also contains a hidden field that real people never see or fill in. If it comes back filled, we treat the submission as automated and discard it. It collects nothing about you.
What we do with it
A submission is sent by email to the business, and a copy is saved in our customer management system, so we can price your job and get back to you. That is the whole purpose. We use it to quote the work, schedule it, and contact you about it.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Who else sees it
Three service providers handle your quote request on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and runs the code that receives the form.
- Resend, the service that delivers the notification email.
- GoHighLevel, the customer management system where we keep a copy of the request so it is not lost if an email goes astray.
They process it so the request reaches us and is kept on file. Google also receives a scrambled form of your contact details for ad measurement, as described below. We do not share your details with other contractors or lead brokers.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses three measurement tools. They load in your browser and set cookies there.
- Google Analytics counts visits: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example from a search or an ad), and general details such as device type, browser, and approximate location. It also records when someone taps a call or text link or sends the quote form.
- Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when a visit that began with one of our ads leads to a call, a text, or a quote request. When a quote request goes through, your name, email address and phone number are scrambled (hashed) in your browser and sent to Google, so Google can match the request to an ad click without being sent the details in readable form. The Google Ads tag loads on every page, so Google may also use visits to this site to show our ads to people who have been here before.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the pages: clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement. We see this as heatmaps and as replays of individual visits, and use it to find parts of the site that are confusing or broken. The quote form is masked, so Clarity does not capture anything you type into it. Microsoft also uses Clarity data under its own privacy statement, including for security and advertising purposes.

There is no Meta (Facebook) pixel or other advertising tag on the site. The cookies come from Google’s and Microsoft’s scripts; the site’s own code sets none. The only things our code saves in your browser are the how-you-found-us note described above and short-lived markers so a quote request, call or text is not counted twice.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker. The site, including the quote form, works fully without them.
How long we keep it
Quote requests live in the business email inbox and our customer management system and are kept as long as they are useful for servicing the job and our own records. Server logs that record a submission was received are short-lived and are not used to build any profile of you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (918) 210-0009 or email victor@junklimo.com and we will do it. There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from unless you asked us to keep in touch.
Children
This is a service for property owners and tenants. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who handles it, we will update this page. The date below is when it last changed.
